New restaurant at The Greene to host grand opening, food giveaway

A restaurant that opened earlier this month at The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek will host a grand opening event next Saturday, Nov. 19, at which it will give away free food vouchers to the first 50 customers in line.

“Ranch One — Chicken Made Fresh” at 4474 Glengarry Drive, near the cinemas at The Greene, will host the grand opening from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to franchise owner Ken Shteiwi. Beginning at 11 a.m., the first 50 people in line will receive a card valid for one free sandwich per month for a year. The offer is valid only at The Greene location, and there is a limit of one card per household. This is the first Ranch One in the Dayton area.

Even if you can’t get in line early, Ranch One also is offering a Buy One, Get One Free sandwich deal to all customers during the event, which lasts until 4 p.m.

The new Ranch One will share space with a Great Steak and Potato franchise location, and the two restaurants share a patio with Coldstone Creamery. The space previously housed America’s Taco Shop, which shut down in April.

The restaurant seats 45 inside and employs 15 to 20.

Ranch One serves chicken multiple ways — marinated and grilled, or breaded and fried, including chicken tenders, wings and popcorn chicken. The menu also includes several salads and sides, and a kids menu is available.

Kahala Brands is the parent company of both Great Steak and Ranch One. The restaurants have a full liquor license.
